For those die-hards with limited time in their schedules. Come prepared to sweat hard and burn approximately 300-400 calories in 30 minutes...and then sweat some more.

Pre- and Post-Natal Training

Prepare yourself for one of the most rewarding and life-changing experiences.  Pre-natal training recommended to start in second trimester unless otherwise agreed upon. Post-natal training recommended to start six weeks after birth unless otherwise agreed upon.
