and wellness aspirations and to put you on the path toward a new you!

I have been helping people just like you live a healthier, happier lifestyle for over 20 years. For the past ten
years, I have been a board-certified full-time Personal Trainer.

My credentials include:

NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), CPT

ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), CPT -in progress

IDEA Health & Fitness Association Member

Pre/Post-Natal fitness based on ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynocology) guidelines

My additional training includes:

Yoga, kickboxing, boxing, physio, BOSU and Ballast ball certified, adult and child CPR/first aid certified,
exercise and menopause training, exercise for women over 40, pilates for men

Yoga instructor since 1997
